- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future insights into innovation pipelines and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and organizational strategy
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
