Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenarios and resilience frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive modeling for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
