Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, or climate tech forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software
