Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops for cross-functional leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive intelligence briefs on emerging market dynamics
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
