Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Lead quantitative forecasting using proprietary AI-driven predictive analytics platforms
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in climate, AI governance, and biotechnology
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership in global forums
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate 2026 foresight into R&D roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
