- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present future-state recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors
- Maintain a proprietary knowledge base of emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists to build organizational future-readiness capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into tangible business outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
