Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework targeting 2026 technological and market paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation research
- Integrate futures thinking into product roadmaps and corporate strategy documents
- Mentor junior futurists and drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, SFI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
