- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-thinking culture
- Monitor geopolitical and technological shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
