Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-dimensional trend analysis across technology, economics, geopolitics, and sociology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Present executive-level foresight briefings translating complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Champion a culture of future-readiness through internal workshops and strategic alignment initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
