- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic stakeholder engagement
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and market analysis methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation preferred
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with measurable impact
