Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning with company-wide goals and industry trends.
- Lead high-level brainstorming sessions to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to transition visionary concepts into viable product pipelines.
- Monitor global market shifts to ensure the 2026 vision remains relevant and competitive.
- Present complex strategies to stakeholders with clarity, passion, and persuasive data-driven insights.
- Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiatives.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners dedicated to the 2026 mission.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing trends leading up to 2026.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex, forward-looking concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on long-term visions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future industry shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from engineers to investors.
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
