Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligned with the 2026 business vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder communication to align expectations across the organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Present complex data and strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate operations.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
