Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Global Sustainability Framework, aligning with UN SDGs and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing closed-loop manufacturing systems targeting zero-waste certification
- Develop predictive analytics models for climate risk assessment and resource optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Design employee engagement programs driving 50% reduction in operational carbon footprint
- Present quarterly impact reports to the Board of Directors with quantifiable ROI metrics
- Champion DEI initiatives within sustainability teams, ensuring equitable transition strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability leadership with measurable ESG outcomes
- Expertise in circular economy principles and life cycle assessment methodologies
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year climate action plans
- Certification in SASB or GRI reporting standards
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) for sustainability metrics
- Experience securing green financing and ESG-linked instruments
