Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategies aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives across 15+ facilities nationwide
- Drive circular economy programs, including waste reduction and supply chain optimization
- Manage stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and community partners
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) and ensure data integrity
- Lead cross-functional sustainability task forces with engineering, operations, and marketing teams
- Drive innovation in renewable energy adoption and sustainable procurement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability management
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential
- Proven track record of achieving measurable ESG targets (Scope 1-3 emissions)
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability reporting tools (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (SEC climate rules, GHG Protocol)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
