Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG frameworks aligned with 2026 sustainability targets
- Lead net-zero transition projects across 15+ corporate facilities nationwide
- Conduct lifecycle assessments for new product lines and supply chain optimization
- Forge strategic partnerships with renewable energy providers and circular economy startups
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present quarterly impact reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive employee engagement through gamified sustainability challenges
- Stay ahead of emerging regulations and voluntary sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability roles
- Proven track record of achieving 30%+ carbon reduction in complex organizations
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG designation preferred
- Expertise in GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting frameworks
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., SustainIQ, EcoVadis)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Demonstrated ability to secure green financing and climate tech partnerships
