Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with 2026 corporate goals
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives across supply chains
- Design ESG reporting frameworks compliant with GRI and SASB standards
- Collaborate with R&D to launch eco-friendly product innovations
- Analyze sustainability data using Tableau and Power BI to drive decisions
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee implementation of circular economy principles in operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability or ESG management
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting and lifecycle assessment tools
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or sustainability management
- Advanced data literacy with experience in sustainability analytics platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational change
- Deep understanding of emerging sustainability regulations (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD)
