- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, sustainability consultants) to achieve net-zero energy targets
- Oversee budget allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication for $50M+ portfolios
- Implement AI-driven resource optimization and predictive maintenance systems
- Ensure compliance with evolving 2026 ESG regulations and circular economy principles
- Lead innovation workshops to integrate emerging carbon capture technologies
- Develop KPI dashboards tracking sustainability metrics and ROI for green infrastructure
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in sustainable infrastructure or green building
- LEED AP BD+C certification or equivalent sustainability credential
- Proven expertise in renewable energy systems integration (solar, wind, geothermal)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong background in ESG reporting frameworks and circular economy models
- Experience managing cross-cultural remote teams across multiple time zones
- MSc in Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Technical fluency in BIM/CAD and IoT infrastructure monitoring systems
