Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and groundwork tasks following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools with expert proficiency
- Install and maintain structural components (framing, concrete forms, scaffolding)
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and documentation of work progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in commercial/residential construction
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Proficient operating certifications for heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, forklifts)
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
