Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Maintain site safety protocols and clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and follow site foreman instructions
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and light equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
