Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Qualifications
