Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, site prep, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled trades with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Report hazards and maintain accurate work documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
