Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishingOperate hand/power tools safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with equipment operation and maintenance
- Complete daily tasks under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
