Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations
- Install and maintain construction scaffolding and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Implement OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Coordinate material logistics and inventory management
- Perform finish carpentry and concrete finishing tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class A CDL or heavy equipment operator license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Knowledge of Missouri construction codes and regulations
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
