Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10 certification preferred
