Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install scaffolding, braces, and temporary support structures
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Perform cleanup and waste management operations
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
- Knowledge of concrete, steel, and framing techniques
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Basic math and measurement skills
