Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Assist in concrete pouring and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT required)
