Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators (certification preferred)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with foundational construction work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Read and interpret construction blueprints
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class C driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime
- Strong teamwork communication skills
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Pre-employment drug screening required
