Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and task execution
- Operate basic hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper techniques
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Participate in daily briefings and follow construction blueprints
- Support various trades (carpentry, concrete, framing) as project needs evolve
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early starts and weekends
