Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete basic site preparation and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements

- No construction experience required – training provided
