Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, etc.) and basic power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated locations
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
