Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, moving materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, or trucks

Qualifications
