Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and assembly tasks
- Transport materials using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Report project progress and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Florida as needed
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
