Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material setup and cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Must possess own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, level)
- Class A or B CDL license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
