Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Install and remove scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces per engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Adhere to strict environmental compliance standards for Bay Area projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
