Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install framing, drywall, and finish materials with attention to detail
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades professionals
- Maintain organized tool inventory and job site cleanliness
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics
