Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (backhoes, forklifts, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints for precise construction implementation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials for quality compliance
- Report safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites
