Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate machinery including jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Mix concrete, plaster, and other construction compounds
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, scaffolding, and finishing
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
