Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements
