Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction projects and infrastructure work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
