Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and moving of construction materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Work in all weather conditions with proper PPE
Qualifications
