Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on construction sites (digging, lifting, material handling)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, or light equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and site inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for urgent projects
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to Ohio-based projects quarterly
