Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage material inventory and procurement for assigned projects
- Document work performed and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
