Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in diverse environments
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Ensure compliance with NECA and local electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians on projects
- Manage inventory and order materials efficiently
- Document work completion and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
