Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members
- Ensure all work adheres to OSHA safety standards and local regulations
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain accurate work documentation
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, or industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) updates
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
