Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC, OSHA)
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform system troubleshooting
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with construction teams
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician License (C-10 required)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
