Job Overview
As an Electrician on our night shift team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise ensures our clients' safety and operational efficiency around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all electrical systems are up to code and functioning safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues during night maintenance windows.
- Erect, assemble, fabricate, or install electrical conduit, wiring, and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests during the night shift.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate logs of repairs and installations.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
