- Complete apprenticeship training modules and certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working in confined spaces
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to commit to paid apprenticeship program (4-year)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix Valley
