Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installations
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in safety briefings and follow all OSHA protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments (heights, tight spaces)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas Valley
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
