Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Report maintenance needs and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and dependability
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
