Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small project teams and coordinate with contractors
- Perform emergency electrical services during off-hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Maryland required)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of NEC and Baltimore building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
